This year-long journey will incorporate an amazing combination of ways for you to heal and thrive as an Old Soul Woman. Members will meet with an individual coach three times per month during the first six months in order to discover the hidden tethers to unhealthy habits and to re-vision the course forward, attend two 3-day retreats, participate in weekly 2-hr group coaching sessions for the final six months, and receive twelve monthly Pearls of Wisdom tune-ups!

Our Individual Coaching
- Weekly individual sessions are offered by Zoom (for the first 3 weeks of every month for the first 6 months).
- Members will first uncover what has happened in their lives and how it has negatively affected them. They will then explore past origins of toxic narcissism and trauma. When they are ready, they will explore themselves by healing core engeries, cutting the chords to toxic people and circumstances, and returning their Old Souls back to their driver’s seats.
Group Coaching
- Weekly group sessions occur by Zoom on the last week of each month for the first 6 months so that members can share and commune with one another.
- For the second six months, members will participate in weekly group coaching for support and upliftment. On the last week of each month, members will be joined by mentors from The Circle of Essentials.
- A private membership area is provided for courses, recordings, support, and value added resources.

specific support, or
identify an area in which
they would like specific
